Accountant registered in the “Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano” and in “Registro dei Revisori”, he carries out his professional activity in Milan.

Since 2002 he has been a partner of Studio Borgini Peverelli and Associates, where he carries out consultancy activities for national and international companies dealing with taxes, accounting, budget and corporate issues.

He is the author of books on financial statements and corporate obligations.

He has written articles and dossiers on accounting and tax issues published in specialized professional magazines.

He has also participated in the design of management software and the creation of databases for the use by businesses and professionals.
